Bushing

Developed as a practical replacement for intensive field operation, the Bushing (OEM reference 3125 3078 00) provides a replacement option for compatible Atlas Copco drilling applications. In the assembly, it supports, locates or spaces moving components so shafts, gears and adjoining parts remain correctly aligned under load. Examples from the listed machine range include BOLTEC 235, BOLTEC 235H and BOLTEC LC.

In service, this component is exposed to radial or axial loading, sliding contact, vibration and repetitive movement. Construction based on wear-resistant bearing surfaces manufactured to controlled dimensional tolerances helps the part retain its functional geometry under repeated use. As a result, it helps preserve running clearance, reduce unwanted movement and protect adjacent components from irregular wear.
