Thread Insert

Created to support consistent machine performance under tough site conditions, the Thread Insert (OEM 0259 0011 00) is intended for maintenance of compatible Atlas Copco drill rigs, drifters and support systems. Its primary role is to secure mating components and maintains the clamping force, retention or thread integrity required by the assembly. Typical listed applications include BOOMER 104, BOOMER 282 and BOOMER L2D.

In service, this component is exposed to vibration, cyclic loading, repeated maintenance and fluctuating operating forces.
